We sold our (Niceville) home in 2007 and relocated to Illinois. After researching builders and developers in this area, we entered into a contract with a local builder . We chose a prominent builder according to area standards however upon completion and move in we noticed the disparities in this home compared to the one you built for us. We always loved our home in Niceville and found it very difficult to make the decision to sell it once we decided to relocate. The high quality of craftsmanship and love you put into that home really made our living there enjoyable. It is not that we don't enjoy our current home we just believe the one in Niceville was completed with much more care, concern and quality for our taste. Thanks to you and the crews used to construct that (Niceville) home for us - we definitely enjoyed it and hope the current owners do to.

Well, Dan does lots of extra things to ensure quality even when nobody is looking and in fact, many of these extras are in areas that will never be seen, Dan always went the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction.

How would you rate the quality of construction of your new home? From day one all the way through construction, Dan made sure that my home was built to meet or exceed local and state building codes. I tried to find flaws in construction, but was satisfied that my home was built with high quality.
